SR 3-15187579231 : FSCM 9.2 PUM 21: Zero payment included in EFT file

We just recently upgraded from FSCM 9.2 PUM 6/Tools 8.54.25 to PUM 21 (no tools change).  I have created this SR asking if this is something that changed between PUM 6 and PUM 21.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are currently on FSCM 9.2 PUM 21/Tools 8.54.25. Just recently upgraded from PUM 6 this past weekend.

One thing we noticed is that a zero payment is now being included in the EFT file created out of the pay cycle after we upgraded to PUM 21.

The zero payment was not included in the EFT file when we were on PUM 6.
