Tax is not getting defaulted in Sales order

Dear GST Team,

                 Tax is not getting defaulted from the Tax category which is defined in "Third Party Registrations"(Default Tax category for standalone invoice).In the mean while we checked the "Define Tax Rules".In that we couldn't give more than one customer under a single tax rules.Kindly help us to solve this issue.
