Latest PUM images-can they include the latest software versions

Can Oracle please provide the latest software versions, when releasing the latest pum images? I have installed the HCM PUM image 022, however it is not running the latest jdk version-1.7.0.41, and the weblogic server did not have the latest CPU applied to it, for cyber security reasons we have to apply the latest patches to the images, thank you
