Cannot find address for an existing vendor while creating a third party agency

Team,

We are trying to create third party agency in collections. We first created a supplier and then moved to Collections Administrator -> Administration -> External Agency.

This opens another OA page which asks me to select vendor & enter Name for External Agency as in image below.

I am expecting that address would be auto populated or searchable for the vendor selected. However, even if I click on LOV, it doesn't show me any address.

Can someone please confirm if there is anything that I have missed.

Note: Vendor has Address created under Address Book.
