Feedback on with or without Financial Gateway for EFT and Positive Pay Transmission Automation

All,

We are on Financials 9.2 Image 3 + specific Fixes up to Image 21, PT 8.53.28

We are looking to implement EFT / ACH as well as automate Positive Pay File Transmission to the Bank. Looks like Financial Gateway can handle this but Cash Management module needs to be licensed and it is not cost effective. We would like to get feedback from those who have implemented this without Financial Gateway. Would like to hear from those who have implemented Financial Gateway also.
