No locations showed in Create Transaction Screen RESA v16

I'm trying for the first time to create a transaction in RESA using Operations > Create Transactions. The problem is that the Store's list is showing no locations. Has anyone had the same problem?

sec_user

sec_user_group

sa_user

sa_user_loc_traits

sa_employee
