Relation Actions - Change Full/Part time Status or hours

I see a related action for the Direct/indirect reportees 'Change Full/Part time or Hours'. I would like to change it to 'Change Full/Part time' i.e. remove Hours from the description.

I searched for this under PeopleTools > Portal > Manage Related Content Service; under Company directory and Direct reports but could not find ''Change Full/Part time or Hours'" - all I can see is 'Change Full/Part time status' but not 'Change Full/Part time or Hours'

Any idea where I can go and change this?
