Siebel IP16 - NO FDRs on the Server

Hi -

We have upgraded SIebel from IP13 to IP16 Patch set 10 on Production last week. Since then FDR or Crash files are not getting generated on the servers (Win 2008 R2).

We realized that issue exists on all our lower cycle IP16 environments as well. Is this an known issue? I have seen this question was asked at multiple forums but no straight answers given.

We raised Sev-1 SRs as well, but not sure how long its going to get resolved.
