While start db we r getting below erro .

/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/ESMSTG > srvctl start instance -d ESMSTG -i ESMSTG1

PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.esmstg.db

PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.esmstg.db on node lnxdb-stg1-601

ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact

CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.esmstg.db start" encountered the following error:
