How to complete an automatic work item in Advanced Collections?

Hi All,

I have a work item 'Dunning Letter 1' with work type as 'Automatic' and Category Type as 'Send Email'. It is linked to a strategy.

The strategy is correctly assigned to a customer. The work item is in 'Open' status in the collections workbench.

1) As this is a automatic work item, please let me know which program to submit to get this work item in 'complete' status?

2) Which program to submit that will trigger the generation of the dunning letter or I have to manually click on the button 'Send Dunning' manually after the above step is done?
