How can I troubleshoot slow WebADI

How can I troubleshoot slow WebADI.

All my users are reporting significant increase in the time it takes to process WebADI uploads into GL. It has been about a week that it has been happening. My ADI.log is 23GB

I have not idea how to start troubleshooting this issue. Please help.
