Cannot add GST rates under GST regime. Its giving a error that this record already exists.

Cannot add GST rates under my defined GST regime and type. Its giving a error that this record already exists.

Have applied all Patches under Phase 3 and then started doing the setups, as per the guideline of phase3

It was ok before, when I applied initial patches of phase3

Please help, have to migrate to production, once this issue is resolved
