Can tds tax calculate on the invoice total amount ( net amount + gst tax amount)?

Per our user requirement, they want TDS tax calculate on the invoice total amount ( net amount + gst tax amount).

For example, invoice net amount 10000, apply GST rate 12% so GST tax amount is 1200, the total invoice amount is 11200.

Then apply TDS rate 1% on the invoice total amount so TDS tax amount should be 112.

 

But during our test, we find out that tds tax calculate only on the invoice net amount. In the above example TDS tax amount is 100.Even though I already manually choose TDS section and TDS tax category on the GST tax line and check the override button.
