Vocuher Numbering / Voucher ID

Can we create voucher ID Voucher number sequence from 00000000 to onward for each year / period? For example, for fiscal year 2016 it starts from 00000000 and ends at 00000100 (auto number and an example for 100 vouchers) and for fiscal year 2017 we would like to start again from 00000000 to onward (auto number).

Is there any setup available?
