Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Vaishali,

Could you pl provide RMA& RTV process accounting entries. the document released by OSS is not containing that information.

for us both the process entries generated but we want to know whether they are correct or not.

and also after RMA process still the sale order status not changed from Closed to Returned.
