PCM_OP_TRANS_COMMIT opcode

in Billing and Revenue Management (MOSC) Question

Can we use 'PCM_OP_POL_TRANS_COMMIT' opcode to fetch all previous opcodes and their input flist that is being committed.

Scenario

-First call to PCM_OP_TRANS_OPEN

-And does all different opcode call one by one

-And finally PCM_OP_TRANS_COMMIT  (input flist would have transaction id that he got in TRANS_OPEN)

-Does commit opcode input (transaction id) can be fetched again for tracking which all opcodes were called with inputs?
