Information is blank on the Media Details tab on EOM

Hello,

I'm running into an issue where the media stats for calls are not showing up on EOM.  We are running version 7.4.0 patch 3 on our 3900 and version 3.4.0.1.0 on EOM, we are not utilizing network spanning at this time but have configured the 3900 as a probe (Comm monitor with qos enabled).  I have also enabled qos on all of the realms but can't seem to get any information to show up on the media details tab to the calls.  Any information on what I may be missing?
