Patch 26380715 for TDS CM and SI created with distribution and line amount blank

Hi,

The TDS and credit memo against the standard invoice is creating with distribution account and line amount blank. hence, the status 'Needs Revalidation' and put in hold with reason as 'Total of invoice distributions does not equal invoice amount'.

Searched in the document 2268465.1 and found the patch 263807. If anyone has this issue got solved by this patch.
