TDS Invoices Not Validated upon Parent Invoice Validation / Same for Cancellation

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

TDS Invoice not automatically validated  upon parent invoice validation. Similarly TDS not paid invoices not getting canceled upon parent invoice cancellation. We have all GST patches applied. Per Oracle, trigger JAI_AP_IA_BRIUD_T1 is also disabled.
