Peoplesoft related BI Publisher delivered reports are not going as Email or unable to save in a fold

Hi All,

Did anyone noticed this issue as some of the delivered BI Publisher reports are not going as Email or unable to save in a folder.

We are in Rel 9.2 Image 16, Tools 8.54

Ex: Email works/ File Save does not works

PeopleTools -> Process Scheduler -> System Process Requests (Click Run)

Select Cross Reference Window Listing XRFWIN (BI Publisher) (Email works but Trying to Save to a file it is not working)

Ex: Email / File Save both does not work (see the navigation below)

Accounts Payable -> Reports -> Payments -> Payment History by Payment
