TDS Threshold Vendor not assigned from India Localization post TDS migration patch

Hi,

Post GST Migration patch, Vendors assigned in TDS threshold in India Localization are not assigned in Withholding Threshold set up post TDS migration patch (Exception set up). All vendors have to be re assigned by calculating new from and to amounts?

Pls let know.
