How to open Collections Workbench for a customer account programatically or through personalizations

I'm trying to open Collections Workbench from a different form. When doing this - I have a 'cust_account_id' . I need to use this to open Collections Workbench for that cust_account_id.  I was able to get to the part of openening the workbench but I'm not sure how I can query up Collections Workbench using my cust_account_id. I'm guessing it's through personalizations but haven't been able to .  I've been tryign for the past two days.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you
