How to clean up PSCOMPOBJDIFF table

We are on Financials 9.2 Image 11 and applying everything through Image 24 to get current. We have noticed that PSCOMPOBJDIFF has grown from 3 G to 20 G. Is there a "safe" way to purge the data from this table. We can't allow it to grow at this pace.
