AV_COST Huge for certain item/locations

Good morning !

  I need some clarification on an issue where AV_COST for certain item/locations are very huge. The locations are mostly WH. Below are my findings from the client:

• The item/locations whose AV_COST are huge from the excel sheet given by Express did not have any transactions performed as per TRAN_DATA_HISTORY.
• Most of affected locations in that list are WH. There is also a STORE 2211 which is a Canadian store which can be ignored since it is closed.
• None of these items have undergone any price change because all these items have TRAN_TYPE = 0 in PRICE_HIST table.
