Canada customs invoice in Inventory shipping reports menu on 9.2

Canada customs invoice in Inventory shipping reports menu on 9.2, is delivered with Times New Roman fonts, but does not come out that way when run.  I found a document to add the font to the XDO.cfg file but still no change.  Any suggestions on the solution? Are there multiple xdo config file locations that must be updated?
