Question on Application Designer Windows client

I have a somewhat basic question, but have been unable to find the answer.  In the Application Designer Windows client, where are the values stored for the Build Settings ?  In Oracle document https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E41633_01/pt853pbh1/eng/pt/tapd/task_RunningtheBuildProcess-077615.html  there is a general reference to the build definitions being stored on the client machine
(The Build Settings that you select are stored on your workstation so that they can be reused during future PeopleSoft Application Designer sessions).  I've been searching the Windows registry without success.  Is there a separate configuration file that contains these values ?  Please let me know if anyone can answer this..........
