Are there any plans to add functionality to setup dunning via email like invoicing via email
We would like to see the ability to allow our dunning process to email the dunning letters, similar to the email invoice process that is currently in place for BIP invoices. I do not believe this is currently possible or haven't found what is required to get this done. Are there any plans to incorperate this? If not, are there any customers who would like to see this feature as well, or are there any companies who created a custom solution for this?
