Removing part of the domain information in the message body

Need some assistance hoping someone may the answer for me.  I'm trying to create a HMR rule that will modify the host portion of a value inside the message body of a NOTIFY message.

The message looks as follows.  My intent is to modify the Message Account entry to read as Message-Account: sip:47257@voxai.com:5060 by dropping the mgoumextsbc1 and changing the port.  I'm able to update the To/From fields just fine but the message account entry has been a difficult one.

NOTIFY sip:47257@mgoumextsbc1.voxai.com:5061;user=phone SIP/2.0
