Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. The job DOCCLOSE aborted with below error message:

Error message:

docclose_1~20170715014107~close_tsf~~-1405~ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL~STORED FUNCTION CALL FAILED: function=APPT_DOC_CLOSE_SQL.CLOSE_TSF

Can any one please advise.
