EP_PROCUREMENT Search Category unable to undeploy

Has anyone faced similar issue before?

I am trying to undeploy the EP_PROCUREMENT search category, when I check the related SD and click on Undeploy in the Deploy/Delete Object page it does not seem to do anything. When I click on undeploy the wheel spins and then stops but the status of the SD category does not change to undeployed.
