ReSA new rule creation issue

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

HI,

I have to modify one existing rule so that it won't get applied to a particular loc_trait. For this purpose I have removed taht loc_trait from existing rule and now created new rule for only removed loc_trait.

Now when I am loading sales information, error get inserted for 1st rule from which I already removed loc_trait. I did check the codes and looks like there is no check for Rule revision and so it is picking removed loc_trait. Does anyone have idea if this is a known bug in ReSA ?
