Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Promise Broken

Hello Experts,

Could you please explain me about broken promise and how it works on below.

1. If promise has been broken, what would be the status of the same as still we can see the status as "Collectible" and Broken Promise as "Yes".

When status will get changed from "Collectible" to "Broken"?

2. If promise has been broken, then how soon we can see in task queue and is there any concurrent program which needs to be run?
