Peoplesoft HCSC_NOTIFY process issue - Some employees not receiving notification.
Customer is currently using PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 with 8.54.15 tools.
Setup HRMS > Common definitions > HR Notification > HR Notification and choose the new value and choose delivery method as Email and select the to value as more than 500 employees and enter the subject and body of the email and click on Send button.
behind the scene, system ran the HCSC_NOTIFY process. This process ran to success but some people are not receiving email notification.
Verified email addresses are correct. Random employees are missing notification. Please advise what we are missing?
