Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cannot start DEMO environment in Peoplesoft 9.1

Hi,

This is the first time when I encounter this issue. I never face any problem when trying to restart DEMO environment in Peoplesoft 9.1.

I have requested my DBA to restart the dabatase but the error still occur. Please assist me to solve the issue.
