image uploaded from portal-->branding->branding object got cached?

I'm trying to upload more images for our tile icon from portal-->branding-->branding objects and  seems  not be able to today. The image displayed always show the first one that I loaded when I tried to load the second one, even though the image file displayed there is the correct one. I logged out of the system, clear browser cache, re-log back in and it still behave the same. Do you know why and how to avoid this?
