How to do TDS on a fixed % of invoice amount

Hi,

Please guide on how to do the below;

Invoice header amount Rs. 1,00,000

Line amount

A - Rs.27,000

B - Rs. 51,000

C - Rs. 20,000

D - Rs. 2,000

Receipt matched invoice has GST also.

Have to deduct TDS on 40% of Invoice amount.
