in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

Dear Experts,

We are facing " Oracle error 100: ORA-01406: no data found has been detected in jai.plsql. JAI_TAX_LINES_PKG. LOCK_TAX_LINE_INTF" at time of PO Receipt.We applied all Phase 3 patches. Is it Bug or setup issue?

Please help us.
