How to hide left hand menu, when an item in folder is chosen - to enlarge page ?

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 Image 11 - I created an Expense Homepage with a folder to create and expense report, copy, delete and print.  When I click

on Create, the left menu remains open and the user has to scroll back and forth to create expense report.  Is there a way to hide the left hand menu so

that you would get a whole page view in a folder Navigation Collection ?   see screen shot attached to understand what I mean - thanks
