How may I upgrade from WLS 12.1.2 to 12.1.3 under PT 8.54?

When I installed our PeopleTools 8.54 over a year ago, I followed the instructions found in “PeopleTools 8.54 Installation for Oracle” at “Task 2-1-3: Installing Oracle WebLogic on Microsoft Windows” and installed WLS 12.1.2. Shortly after that, the final 12.1.2 Critical Patch Update was released (CPUApr2016). Due to the severity of recent vulnerabilities with this product, I will be upgrading to WLS 12.1.3 this quarter. However, I am having difficulty finding a document to support this effort.

It was easy enough to install 12.1.3 in a new directory. I was hoping I could simply update setEnv.cmd, but when I looked deeper, I found more than a half dozen properties and XML configuration files with the old path in it. Is it adequate to manually update each of these and rebuild my PIA service?
