Forgot Password Setup for 9.2, PeopleTools 8.55 using Classic Home

Has anyone setup the Forgot Password functionality in 9.2 with PeopleTools 8.55 for Classic Home (i.e., Fluid is disabled) ?  Clicking on the link “Forgot your Financials password?” (screenshot 1 from the attachment) redirects to a Fluid Forgotten Password page (as shown in screenshot 2 from the attachment).  Entering a user id and then clicking “Continue” shows the image from Screenshot 3 from the attachment – it never goes to the next page where a question is supposed to be answered in order to email the new password.  I would think that the pages displayed for Forgotten Password would,
