Unable to execute Business Service Method using SWE CMD

Hi,

We are trying to open Siebel Application using a constructed URL from an external application using post request type with invisible form submitted in background.

Created a form with action as post and target specified as blank and url as below, later we are submitting form on click of a button using jquery.

"http://xyz:7777/ecommunications_enu/start.swe?SWECmd=ExecuteLogin&SWEUserName=TESTUSER&SWEPassword=TESTUSER&SWEAC=SWECmd=InvokeMethod&SWEMethod=BSMethod&SWEService=BSName&AttribName=testPlanName&AttribVal=1-QWERTY"

We have registered the business service at application user properties and even in OM Parameter against "Business Service Query Access List". Along with that for the Business service added user property "GETEnabledMethods"
