Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When attempting to terminate an employee using the API HR_EX_EMPLOYEE_API.ACTUAL_TERMINATION_EMP, the following error occurs:

Error validating API: hr_ex_employee_api.actual_termination_emp : ORA-20001: FLEX-SSV EXCEPTION: N, MSG, SV2.get_struct_cols()
