While loading seasons/Phases in RMS V16 through Template

Hi Support,

While uploading the Seasons and phases through template and the template was loaded successfully but data was not populating  in seasons and Phases table.

Can you please suggest on this or any other way to create seasons/phases in V16 RMS.
