TDS Regime Issue - System Throws Error

Hi Expert,

We are in 12.1.3 and applied consolidated and all patches. We are implementing GST solution to one of our client.

When I try to use/assign Tax calendar or Tax authority and save, system thorws the error.

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.

Can you please tell me what could be the issue?
