Commitment Control at activity Level but not at the account level
Hello,
Our client has a new requirement to setup budget control at the activity level, but not at the account level. We are using the below chart of accounts (both PC and GL included).
1. Business Unit GL
2. Account
3. Department
4. Operating Unit
5. PC Business Unit
6. Project ID
7. Activity ID
8. Resource Type
9. Resource Category
10. Resource Sub-Category
11. Product
Until now, Account is the anchor chart field, and all the control and tracking is enabled at the Account level. As of now, we have three ledger groups, and the control is based on Account level 2.
Below is the summary of the ledger groups -
CNTR_CC - Control Ledger - 'Controls' Account (level 2 - few accounts), Department (level 2), OU, PCBU, Project, Activity
