Bugs corrections included in 12.2

Hi Oracle community,

We have a question that we have not found the answer in Oracle documentation so hopefully someone in the community can help us

We have to update our Oracle client from 12.1 to 12.2.

In the past, we have faced issue with the bug 25381935 - SLOW PERFORMANCE WHEN UPDATING ORA_ASPNET_SESSIONS TABLE IN SESSION STATE PROV.

This bug has been fixed by Oracle in different bundle patches:

  • 25433286 – Windows Bundle Patch 12.1.0.2.170228 for Oracle Client 12.1.0.2.0 – it has been superseded by patch 25632533 then by 26161724.
  • 25632533 – Windows Bundle Patch 12.1.0.2.170418 for Oracle Client 12.1.0.2.0 – classified as Security Patch
