Nvision Scopes - making them secure (private)

Hello,

I have an nVision report which is scoped by project or a project tree. Users need to be able to run the reports ad hoc and modify the scope depending on the project or project tree they require. However, if a user creates a scope and enters specific scope detail values, then any other user can access the scopes created by other users.

Is there was to make the scope private or secure like Report Requests are?
