Is there a way to migrate Users Custom FLUID Homepages from one environment to another

Problem Description

---------------------------------------------------

I tried using AppDesigner and the Definition Type = Portal Registry User Homepages, but I only received the default homepage of the user, missing the other two home pages, and I received NONE of the home page content (custom tiles)

I did not find any Data Migration Workbench Data Sets related to User Homepages either.
