Need Multiple Routing Numbers per Bank

I have asked for an enhancement that will allow multiple routing numbers for a bank, and it seems like it would be a popular need so I thought I'd ask.  Has anyone else dealt with importing BAI files for Cash Management only to find that one bank's file may have multiple routing numbers?  For instance, when Regions bought AmSouth, they continued using the AmSouth routings, and when Wells Fargo bought Wachovia, they kept using the Wachovia routings for the acquired accounts.  It keeps us customizing the Application Package to make it accommodate more than the one routing number the Bank
