Adding Attachements Table to Custom Object Page Layout

I am  trying to figure out why I can't add the Attachments Related Object to a Custom page layout.  Can any one provide me the document for how to attach attachment button with table layout.

While i am trying to add attachment link it is displaying only add button. But my client want display it as follows.
